Ralitsa Ivanova is the Founder and Managing Director of EventPlus.bg – the only platform in Bulgaria fully dedicated to event venues, designed to provide fast, structured, and intuitive access to the country’s richest database of event spaces.

With long-standing experience across venue management, event organization, and marketing, she brings a full-cycle understanding of how events are planned, delivered, and evaluated. This insight inspired her to create EventPlus.bg.

For the past eight years, the company’s services have been trusted by dozens of corporate organizers, agencies, and private clients, as well as over 200 partners. Ralitsa believes that the right space is a key element of every successful event. Through EventPlus.bg, she actively supports the development of a strong and collaborative event ecosystem in Bulgaria, facilitating smarter decisions, better partnerships, and more meaningful experiences.

Another significant project of the company is the innovative digital publication Events Guide Bulgaria, created in collaboration with St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo, and focused on showcasing Bulgaria’s touristic regions and their MICE tourism potential.
