Viktoriya Stanimirova represents the second generation of her family business and is the young face of Rene Gourmet Group — one of the most dynamically developing groups in Bulgaria’s culinary, restaurant, and catering industry. Born in Sofia, she has been immersed in the world of gastronomy since the age of 14 and is now only 23 years old.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Modul University Vienna and continued her education at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she earned a degree in Culinary Innovation Management. Victoria’s ambition is to introduce a completely original concept to the Bulgarian market, inspired by the newest global trends in the industry. She is also a member of the Family Business Network (FBN).
Rene Gourmet Group encompasses some of Bulgaria’s most prominent hospitality brands, including one of the country’s largest event catering companies, Rene Gourmet Mobile (Rene Catering); three leading Japanese restaurants in Sofia — Hamachi, The Sushi Bar, and Jazu by Hamachi; the Mediterranean restaurant Mediterraneo; the Italian restaurant Cinecittà Osteria Italiana; and the La Bottega chain of Italian restaurants and wine and gourmet food stores.

Outside of her professional life, Viktoriya enjoys traveling to beautiful destinations in search of exceptional food and is passionate about kitesurfing. Her personal mission is to show that gourmet culture is not merely a form of indulgence, but a way of life — one that celebrates quality, aesthetics, and respect for ingredients.
