EXPO EVENT INDUSTRY 2027 invites professionals, organisations and industry experts to contribute to the conference programme by sharing practical experience, innovative ideas and inspiring projects.
The conference programme is developed together with the industry. We welcome proposals that inspire discussion, encourage collaboration and deliver practical value for event professionals.

WHO CAN APPLY?

We welcome proposals from across the meetings and events industry – event agencies, hotels, venues, PCOs, DMCs, convention bureaux, destinations, technology providers, corporate event planners, associations, public institutions and academia.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for sessions that provide practical value and fresh perspectives on event management, technology and AI, marketing and communication, sustainability, destination development, venues and hospitality, corporate and association events, education and future talent.

By submitting a proposal, I confirm that I am the author of the submitted content and that I own, or have obtained, all necessary intellectual property rights, permissions and consents required for its use. I declare that my proposal does not infringe the copyright, trade mark, image rights or any other rights of third parties. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the submitted content.

If my proposal is selected, I authorise the Organiser to publish and use the information provided in this application, including the session title, abstract, speaker biography, organisation details, photographs and other materials intended for public communication, for the purposes of promoting EXPO EVENT INDUSTRY 2027.
I understand that submission of a proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the conference programme. All proposals will be reviewed by the Programme Committee based on their relevance, practical value, originality and contribution to the overall quality and balance of the programme.

The Organiser reserves the right to accept or decline any proposal, to suggest reasonable amendments to the session title, abstract or format, and to determine the final structure of the conference programme in consultation with the applicant, where appropriate.

By submitting this application, I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of evaluating my proposal, managing my participation in the event and communicating with me in relation to EXPO EVENT INDUSTRY 2027.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), I also authorise the Organiser to use my name, biography, organisation, presentation details, photographs, video recordings and other related materials on the event website, social media channels, marketing communications, press releases, printed publications and other promotional materials connected with EXPO EVENT INDUSTRY 2027.

I acknowledge that photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by the Organiser and its authorised partners for promotional, editorial and communication purposes.
