Bilyana Nedelcheva is hotel manager of Business Hotel Bulgaria in Burgas and an established specialist in the field of hospitality with over 20 years of experience in managing high category city and resort hotels on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

As a PhD student and honorary assistant at the University of Economics – Varna, she successfully combines her academic work with her practical experience.

Her professional expertise covers comprehensive management of hotel operations, launching and commissioning new hotels, team management and development and implementing and maintaining high standards of service.
