Dayana Kanazireva is a Member of the Board of Directors of OKOL Lake Park – the largest Golf & Residential community in Bulgaria and a large-scale Destination project combining an 18-hole championship golf course, the 5* Pullman OKOL Golf Resort, operated by Accor under a management agreement, a residential environment and a center with a wide range of services and event formats.

With a strong focus on destination development, pre-opening processes and positioning projects with MICE potential, Dayana is actively involved in building and establishing OKOL as a new destination for corporate events, conferences and incentive travel – from strategic concept to real operational readiness.

She has extensive hands-on experience in development, marketing and sales of complex projects and is also a Member of the Board of Novotel Sofia (4* business hotel in Sofia, operated by Accor under a management agreement), as well as American English Academy (an international school in Sofia). Outside Markan Holding, she is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Bulgarian Green Building Council, with a focus on the sustainable development of large, mixed-use destinations and Samokov Regional Development Council, focusing on the sustainable and balanced development of the region.
