Desislava Avdzhieva is an entrepreneur, business mentor, and manager of the agency Alternative Advertising. With extensive experience in the marketing and PR sectors, she specializes in building comprehensive brand strategies, optimizing business processes, monetizing personal and corporate brands, and full-scale event management.

As a lecturer and corporate trainer, Desislava develops the potential of teams and leaders in areas such as presentation skills, sales, customer service, and soft skills. She works successfully with teams such as Schneider Electric, Lufthansa, and Lean Institute Bulgaria. She is Lead Trainer at the first practical event academy: “My Event Academy” – Lead Class in Event Management from 2020 to 2026 inclusive.

In the event industry, she is a proven leader in organizing large-scale business forums, conferences, and socially significant campaigns.
